SOUTHERN BREEZE - Lubbers Quarters Cay
Relax in a charming setting where you will enjoy a short walk to a beautiful
beach and or a restaurant on less populated, peaceful Lubbers Quarters.
The cottage is a short 15 minute boat ride to historical Hope Town or Marsh Harbour and
the airport. It is necessary to rent a boat if you do not own one as there is
no ferry service to Lubbers at this time -- you will enjoy
using it for jaunts to neighboring islands for sightseeing,
restaurants, shops, fishing, snorkeling and more!
This 2 bedroom (kings) / 2 bath cottage with a loft
(queen) can accommodate up to 6 persons. Amenities include:
- Boat slip
- Front porch with ceiling fan
- Rear Deck with Charcoal Grill
- Full kitchen including microwave, coffee maker and blender
- Central A/C
- Satellite TV
- VHF, Cassette/CD Stereo

* Gully's Nest, Gully's Ridge and No Name Cottage can accommodate one additional person for an extra
charge of $100/week. Southern Breeze can accommodate 2 extra persons at $100/week per
extra person. If the loft is used at Southern Breeze, an extra $100 charge applies if
the number of persons is 4 or less.
**A security deposit of $200.00 per rental for Southern Breeze cottage is payable along with the balance when the final payment is due.
***When 2 persons use the 1-bedroom option, the additional beds/baths will not be rented
out separately, thus maintaining the private occupancy of each home.
Fishing packages are available! Add $500 for a half day and $800 for a full day of fishing! If additional fishing is requested, we will honour the same discount prices
for "nesting" customers. We aim to please and will do out best to put
together the fishing package you desire!
New option for Gully's Nest and Gully's Ridge: If you prefer a larger boat to go outside the harbour and visit
neighboring islands. You can choose to rent the fully equipped 20'
Albury Brothers boat with center console and 150 HP Yamaha 4-stroke engine
shown in the first photo for an additional $800/week, or a 17' Albury boat with center console and 100 HP Yamaha 4-stroke engine
shown in the second photo for an additional $600/week.

Linens/towels provided.
It is a good idea to bring a FLASHLIGHT, insect repellent, sunscreen, sunglasses and an extra beach towel. Bring your favorite CD's and/or VHS tapes for your personal entertainment.
No pets allowed. Reservations will be held
with a 50% deposit. Final payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival
(Allow 2 weeks for mail delivery). Please make check or money order

you stay at Seagull Cottages!
To help coordinate your travel:
- Fly into Marsh Harbour via Orlando, Daytona Beach, W. Palm Beach, Ft. Lauderdale,
Miami, Nassau or charter.
- Taxi at the airport will take you to the ferry docks. We have 2 ferry services now to choose from. Their prices and schedules can be found on their websites, www.abacoferry.com and www.alburysferry.com.
- Scenic ferryboat ride brings you to Hope Town's "Post Office" dock
where you will be met and taken to your cottage.
- If you are renting Southern Breeze on Lubbers Quarters Cay, arrangements
can be made with your rental boat agency for pickup/delivery in Marsh Harbour.
When you reach Lubbers Quarters, someone will greet you and escort you to your cottage.
- When you leave, there is a $15 per person Bahamian departure tax
at the airport. Children under 6 free. Some airlines include this tax in their airfare.
